The Carbon60 team truly had an awesome day celebrating our collective love for our customers! Beyond the fun CX Day t-shirts and a great lunch, we also talked about our customer experience culture. We presented the full results from our initial NPS® survey and the team was ecstatic! We talked about what the score means, why it’s important and most importantly, how we now need to act on the generous feedback received.
We launched a new Customer Experience program focused on Customer Empathy. We presented our first (of many) customer personas to the team. With a customer persona, we get a chance to intimately understand directly from a customer’s point of view how they rely on us to deliver consistent excellence in everything we do.
In addition, we launched our Customer Experience tag line, Make Every Interaction Awesome, as a reminder that every opportunity to communicate with our customers is an opportunity to make them feel great about the managed cloud hosting and application services we provide every day.
Finally, we presented five Awesome Awards to individuals who consistently go above and beyond.
